As a new member to BP, I am interested in connecting with brokers in the NYC metro area that can help my real estate partner and I find a multifamily building to purchase.

We are open interested in Queens, Brooklyn, Jersey City, but are open to hearing about investment opportunities in other areas.

We would also love to meet local real estate investors to share ideas and expand our network.

@Tas S.My fiance and I are new to real estate investing and are planning to meet with Memphis Invest regarding their turnkey properties. @Tas S. thank you for the insights regarding their over rehab to their homes. 

Does anyone have experience working with Memphis Invest? @James Wachob How does Reedy Properties differentiate itself from Memphis Invest? We would love to meet Memphis Investment Properties as well.
