@James Carlson Thanks for the suggestion! I will surely devour her content! I'm guilty of that. I have been educating myself about real estate for years now. I got cold feet so badly that I even decided to go the ecommerce route which is not working out as planned. So here I am, circling back to what I originally intended on doing: real estate investing. I am FINALLY doing it! Hope to stay in touch. Thank you!

I am starting out with my real estate investing journey and I would really love to get into midterm rentals in Fort Wayne, IN or Indianapolis, IN. I am putting myself out there hoping I can meet and connect with people who are passionate about this! Do you know of any real estate meetups in those areas? I would love to meet all of you!
