Thanks! Catlin Court is definitely one of those areas where opportunities pop up that you don’t see everywhere else. With this property, I’m seeing more interest from the fix and flip side since it needs some work and buyers can really add value with the right updates. That said, the lot size and location also make it appealing for long term holds especially for investors wanting something unique in the historic district that will continue to appreciate.

Ive got a 2bed/ 1bath (1014 sqft) home on a huge lot in Catlin Court that just became available off market. Roof is around 9 years old, it has a newer swamp cooler, it does have central heating and cooling but will need to be replaced but it does work. Property does need work, about $40,000-$50,000 rehab depending on finishes.
Asking is around $200,000 - $195,000
