@Shanika Sade McDonald That’s awesome news!! They sent your Landlord a check? I thought they only paid Landlord’s via DD, either way it’s a good way to start the new year! Congrats!!

@Shanika Sade McDonald I have only been batched since this past Wednesday/Thursday. My landlord had to send in additional documents to complete processing, although my application was PAID before it went back to under review. (Never actually paid) Now it’s batched and before it never went to batched and if so I can’t remember. 

No situation is typical, I’ve heard people go from batched to application all within a week. 

How long do you normally stay in batched?

@Jo Dav currently still waiting. Portal says application paid in full, was told that a check was mailed out on11/16 and I should’ve received it by 11/29. Called and emailed repeatedly last week until I finally got someone and they told me my landlord needed to send in their warranty deed. The problem for me was that I would’ve never known that they were requesting it IF I had not called in.. 

@Jo Dav my exact thoughts🤦‍♀️I really don’t know what to believe at this point. It’s taking a month to get something that is being mailed from the state as me??!!
