Just when I thought I had my first deal under way!!! Here it goes.. My client wants to sell his house and relocated his tenants to another location. The problem is his tenants had a roommate who was not on the lease and is not currently paying rent. The roommate told the landlord to take them to court to get them out. Please help! Does the roommate have any rights? How does he get the roommate out?

Can you start off with a hard money lender and then refinance with a "regular" mortgage company?

every area has a "D" area. Some just look goid and some dont. Its a up and coming area. 

and i do believe this area falls under coppin heights. Its near sandtown. 

its not the best neighborhood but with some TLC it will be fascinating. There is some rehab and revitilization happening now in that area. Such as the 3 story homes that are surrounded by W North Ave of which i also have on my list of homes to sell like 2120 Druid Hill Ave, 1706 McCulloh ST. My goal is not only to sell and make money, although it is a big part of it. I would like to see Baltimore City North, South, East and West make a come back and it starts with you! If anyone is interested in this property please give me a call.
