Hi, I wanted to give you an update. My tenant works for this plumbing company. He (tenant)hired without my permission. They are the ones who put a cable auger in my toilet system thinking it was connected to the sewer. I have a septic. This was to purposely cause damage so that he could gain a commission that would help pay his rent. It caused $700 in damages. They had to open the ground to fix it. Previously this company told me I had other issues also. Altogether, I dished out $2,000 in unnecessary work.

So, this company comes to the call with 3 plumbers. They act out this whole fake situation that something is broken. When in fact, nothing is wrong. They work on commission. Big scam. Any way, I evicted them. They left before a formal eviction. Small claims court. I'm coming. The plumber I hired wrote on the invoice (UNNECESSARY DAMAGES DONE BY THE TEN!)

Actually it was some kind of snake. He called me after he screwed it up. He actually is a plumbers helper. He called his co worker to come and fix it, before he called me. When my plumber saw what he did. He called me right away and told me what happened. Yes it is all wrapped up in the septic. This is going to be a big bill.

The tenant told me last week that the shower nozzle was dripping. He said he could fix it. I took $150.00 off the rent. So, I asked him if he did it, and he said he hadn't gotten around too it. When my plumber checked it, nothing was leaking. He lied to me. He also told my plumber that he is not paying the rent next month. This is becoming a nightmare.

The whole house was gutted, and everything is brand new.

Thank you for your answer. Can I evict him for this?

Tenant has caused me a major repair job. He tried to unclog the toilet himself by putting a long cable into the toilet. It is now wrapped up in the septic system. Plumber told me he has caused major damage. He put it in writing for me.

What are my rights? Please help.....
