my goal for 2019 is to acquire my first multifamily rental property and learn as much as possible to continue to built wealth.

welcome follow newbie, i have been listening and learning from the podcast and webinar and also the books from bp,on the various ways to invest and so for the FHA loan seems to be the best way to start with little money down.

ok thanks you have giving me alot to think about

need some advice, i have been living in west Virginia for a few yrs now, i'm ready to start looking for my first multi-family rental property in wv but i plan to relocated in a year to another state,  is it a good idea to invest in one state while living in another.

ok thanks will start doing my research 

 i have a full time job and want to start investing in real estate, i want to start with rental property to get my feet wet.  i just got my first book, how to invest with little money down. found it very helpful, should i read more books before i start thinking about my first investment.
