Tony, we have been looking into this as well for our rentals as we are moving to a direct booking option and feel our guests who already rebook we could pass on savings via the fee while bumping up our margins. Very interested to hear if others have experience with rolling out these systems and if products like StayFi provide wifi without guest complaints due to latency/range issues.

Wow, thanks for all the feedback. Side note: just after I posted this the power went out at 2 different properties due to wind storms and is still out at one of them (luckily temps are above freezing)
I am going to look into a bunch of these. One of my biggest problems is some of my properties still don't have fiber or high speed internet and our only option is satellite. Not confirmed but the low bandwidth seems to cause issues for us.

Located in the Northeast, weather is a big concern amongst other things that could damage a house not occupied 100%. As we scale up the number of properties we are managing, we have been looking for a good all in one system to keep a better eye on things like: leaks, break ins, power outages, temperature, surveillance and keyless entry.
We have tried ADT, Reolink, Nest (which constantly becomes dislodged and leaves us vulnerable) and Govee. Having a variety of systems definitely makes things more complicated. It would be great to hear what others are using for remote monitoring and if there’s a way to consolidate to one system instead of having multiple programs/logins.
