I just spoke with my closing attorney in Las Vegas, and she mentioned a new TRID law, and wanted to have a discussion about it. 

I cant find the exact verbiage, but my attorney said due to Federal privacy law, you can request one-sided HUD's, meaning if you're a wholesaler, the "seller" wont see the
"assignment fee" on the "buyers" side. 

Has anyone heard of this?
