@Todd Fithian or when you're so used to talking money your truck no longer has normal vehicle miles of 270k it has "$270k" of driving for dollar miles ;)

@Kevin Urban I am not entirely sure. i know it can be a number of things. For example, Friday i was sitting close enough to one of the lawyers and heard him convey to the sheriff that he just got an email pertaining to one of the homes on the docket, that the owners were filing for bankruptcy and that the home needed to be postponed.

@Joseph Scorese that's great to know, we really should start looking more into those counties.

We do attend some of our local REI meet ups which i presume are different than the REIA. Is there a calendar i can get a hold of for those?

@Ashley Wilson Hello!

Thank you for the helping hand, much appreciated! What have you found to be the best lead source in your market?

I see you are out of Radnor, great area! I went to Cabrini College.

Happy Thursday :)

HEY! Yeah, all of you great people- Good morning!

My name is Jared, myself and my associate are RE investors located in Berks county, Pennsylvania. We primarily focus our business on the rehab & flip side of RE but have been slowly building our rental side (28 units). Last year we rehabbed and sold 60 homes throughout 6 counties in Pennsylvania (Berks, Lebanon, Lehigh, Lancaster, Chester and Montgomery).

Looking forward to connecting with all of you and the continued learning BP can provide.

What area of RE investing is the vehicle for YOUR business?

Thanks,

JF

@Ashley Savage good morning and WELCOME!

I too am new to the BP forum, where else can you find this kind of knowledge and network with such great people? Nowhere!

What counties do you wholesale properties in?

HEY Jon!

Welcome to BP, i am also new to this forum. What a great place to learn and network with great individuals, right?!

My favorite part of RE investing is walking distressed properties and letting my mind wander with all of the potential the property has, and then when it comes to fruition!

Have you started your search for a house to hack, or reached out to any realtors yet in your search?

JF

Hi Steve,

Myself and my boss will be attending the sale on friday. I read your BIO and see you are mostly interested in multi family.

We primarily do single family rehabs ---> flips, but we do own 28 rental units at this given time (looking to grow this part of the business) and have rehabbed a few commercial properties. We do any type of rehab, small to large.

Happy Hunting!
