There has to be some momentum on this. The area is in the process of vastly transforming for the next decade. Hopefully we can get something set up. I also own property in the area before I move there. I'll be moving next month and getting the ball rolling on new projects.

I've been coming to the Montrose, Telluride area for over a decade. I finally moved here and quickly realized that there are a lot of exciting things happening within the Montrose regional area, specifically within Montrose itself.
I have a couple of incredible investment opportunities and am seeking one qualified partner. Montrose is growing quickly and the secret is out to how special this place is. The new airport expansion, the huge Colorado Outdoors development, the new hospital, all the infrastructure improvements - to name a few. I am not a realtor. I am an investor.
