It doesn’t have one. Floor heaters and window units. I would like to get rid of them, for a more efficient system.

Thanks! Yes that’s what I was talking about. Where you have a unit in each room. I haven’t seen the price yet. He’s sending it to me but said it was cheaper because of rebates.

I had a heating and air conditioning talk to me about doing a ductless system in a 900 sqft house. Has anyone had any experience with these units?

I am closing on my first rental in a week and a half. We need to do about 15K in rehab to have it ready to rent. Do I start advertising it for rent 30 days our from being completed, or when the property is done and ready to rent? Thanks for the help! Any other advice that I need to consider would be welcome!
