How did that phone conversation work out for you Sendhil Krishnan?

I actually got two properties under contract due to this post.

Just holler at me if you would  like to speak with me. I am more on the builder side vs GC but it depends on the project. I just picked up one in Rob Roy that I couldn't turn down.

 I currently have 5 new custom builds and 2 large remodels.

I am closing up two projects so with the right coordination it can go "smoothly"

If I decided to take the job it would be 100% transparent with cost plus at 30%.
