I passed the exam!  Now on to finding the right broker for me.

Ultimately I want to buy and flip houses and be able get invested into rental properties.  I'm a very calculated person so I will have to do tons of research before I feel comfortable taking this on.  Hopefully, I will pass my state exam this coming Sunday to become an agent and get the ball rolling!

My name is Jarran Thomas and I am 25 years old. I currently work full time in the bio-manufacturing business as a quality assurance assistant manager. I've always had a passion for real estate and have decided to take a chance as I am only a week out from taking the real estate licensing exam!  I can't wait to learn from all of you guys and to finally make my dreams become a reality.  Also, any advice on the exam would be greatly appreciated.
