Hello all,
I'm a new investor looking into multifamily houses, Any advice, tips or suggestions. I currently live in Newark Delaware where I would like to invest first, but I am open to new places and ideas. Also have a real estate agent here in Delaware who will be helping me out but she is not an investor.
