yes i am, i really like helping people and people that are in pre foreclosure may not know whay to do and their credit can get messed up etc and they dont know all their options me personally i want to be there for them but i also want to get paid doing these things as well. I soon want to be able to build things in our community especially for the youth. Honestly i want to give. I really have  a pure motive and i am determined to learn as well..

ok you guys, so im a complete newbie to this real estate investing and i want to start off in wholesaling. As far as wholesaling do i start with wholesaling pre foreclosure or what? If so how do i go about it as far as contacting the owner of the home. Like far as what to say etc? I just need some guidance to get me started any help is appreciated
