Jarvis, you do not need a real estate license to become a real estate investor. I am new to real estate investing but I have went to some workshops and training by top earning investors and i am still learning and you will forever learn in this business and one thing I know is that you do not need to get a real estate license to do this (unless you want to go spend money and take a test) and you do not need any money. You can use other people's money (OPM). Personally, I didn't know too much about it at first either but if you'd like, connect with me and I can give you the links to some of the training and workshops (some free and some not) that I went so you can have a clearer understanding of Real Estate Investments and how to get started.
