Ok So i just watched the full webinar 2 years later and there are some changes, the Webinar is only about an hour and 10 mins or so. It gets very direct to the point and I hope I am speaking about the right one but its called Connected Investors and they have a tech package called "ReallyFlip Now that includes Deal Dog, Property Syndication, Evaluation App, Contract Genie, Fast Formulas, The Contract App all for $297 and then $37 per month. It supposedly does just about everything for you and has contract for all 50 states, deal dog finds all of the good deals by the sellers, it analyzes, does the comps, the formulas to find the ARV , find buyers and you can make offers and so forth within the same application. I plan to purchase it at that price and will let you know how it goes. There is also a 30 day money back guarantee. So basically they state as soon as you purchase it you can begin getting deals......I sure pray it works because it sound extra good....

@Justin Wilmot Thank you Justin for clearing all of that up.  I stumbled across your program and was just trying to get reviews on it before I spent my $97 dollars.  I believe that I would like to know more and will purchase the program and begin my training and look forward to working with you, and like you stated in the presentation, if I feel like it will not be a good fit for me, you offer a 30 day Money back guarantee.

@Andrew Cordle or @Brent Hill May I also please have access to that JV agreement? I can message either of you my email address. Many thanks for your contribution!

OPM is other people's money.   That is one of the routes I plan to go, pre-foreclosures.  Since you are new I would focus on 1 or 2 zipcodes or 1 county and get your pre-foreclosures list of that area. But before you do that, make sure you have a solid map and plan of what you are trying to do in Real Estate Investments.  Make sure your mind set is right and you are passionate and determined to learn and take action.

My pleasure Jackson,  that is great and very kind of you to offer it to a Realtor.  Realtors can also learn so much more and make so much more money by Real Estate Investing rather than just receiving commission.  Once you both attend the workshop you will be blown away with the information and you will more than likely want to establish a possible working relationship in the future as in Real Estate Investing you always need to have a great team.  Having a great Realtor to work with is always a great thing!  A win win! :)  Enjoy and I look forward to your update.

Jarvis, you do not need a real estate license to become a real estate investor. I am new to real estate investing but I have went to some workshops and training by top earning investors and i am still learning and you will forever learn in this business and one thing I know is that you do not need to get a real estate license to do this (unless you want to go spend money and take a test) and you do not need any money. You can use other people's money (OPM). Personally, I didn't know too much about it at first either but if you'd like, connect with me and I can give you the links to some of the training and workshops (some free and some not) that I went so you can have a clearer understanding of Real Estate Investments and how to get started.

Hi Jackson, I personally just attended this 3 day workshop 3/24, 3/25, and 3/26 of 2017 in High Point, NC. I must say that it was a great experience. I had a great teacher "ShawnyMac" Sean McNeil (spellcheck on his correct name spelling) I learned a lot in those 3 days and yes they do have a coaching and education program called Mastery that truly helps their students learn. And they also have an amazing automated system in place that helps Rehabbing/Flipping, Wholesaling, Reverse Wholesaling ( my fav) and so much more..much easier including paperwork, contracts etc. One thing I did learn there, that even though they do have a sales angle, they know what they are talking about. And all that matter is the ROI(Return on Investment). One deal can pay for any of the education they charge, however I didn't have those funds to start so I am doing other things and using Biggerpockets as a more convenient route until I get some deals under my belt and I would definitely pay for their Mastery program because just like BiggerPockets, you will have Coaches very experienced in Investments of all kinds there at your disposal at all time, you only have to schedule calls and every question you have at any time can be answered. They pretty much hold your hand all the way for 6 months to 24 months depending on which package you select. You have bootcamps and so much training available to you, not to mention you can get your kids trained up in this as well. I am so glad I went to the free real estate class that then led me to pay for the 3 day workshop because it has opened my eyes to so much more. Fortune Builders believe in Not re-inventing the wheel when you don't have to because they have already done all the hard work and went through the pain and mistakes and everything has been made so much easier for you. So definitely go and take a business partner with you to the 3 day workshop, take notes and soak it all in, you will definitely know way more when its over than when you went in. Be sure to take a Jacket or a blanket because it can get COLD in those ballrooms/conference rooms. It is not a big infomercial, they teach you soooo much about things you didn't even know was associated with Real Estate investing. Let me know how you enjoyed it! You can thank me later! :)

Greetings Everyone! I am Chenelle Tucker from Rocky Mount, NC and I am very new to the deeper side of Real Estate, the closest I've come was selling homes as a Sales Counselor for Jim Walter Homes, stick built and modular homes. I came here to network and learn from you all. In the future I would like to invest in some quality real estate. Nothing too fancy and big, but nice and adequate estates that I can invest in an rent out. Not sure where to begin, but I am in you alls capable hands! Many thanks for taking time to read this.
