@Wydeisha Jones yes.  They should have you to fill out an ach dd form if you haven’t already done so.  We’re just going to hope they do what they’re supposed to do.

@Larry Crews what is your application status?  Mine actually took a month to start changing.  Once it went into review it moved pretty quickly.  But it remained in batched status from Nov 10 until Dec 7.  Now it is saying app has been paid.  However, my backpay amount was still pending.  When you call, the reps don’t know anything in regards to the payment which is awful.  When I found out my friend worked there, I asked her about it.  She gave me the info about how the payments are sent but she couldn’t tell me much more.  Have you asked any of the reps to send a message over to the payment dept?

@Wydeisha Jones yes.  I have a friend that has been helping them and she told me yesterday.  

Hi everyone.  I found out that payments over 5k is only sent out on the second Tuesday of each month.  So if your payment of 5k or above is showing pending/processed/paid after Nov 9 and you haven’t received anything, u will most likely receive a DD on or around Nov 14

I just spoke with a lady at ramp.  She didn’t know why my backpay was still showing pending.  She sent a message over to the processing department and told me to look out for any updates.  And I also received the link for recert.  This is a horrible process.

My status changed to application paid but the payment amount is still showing pending.  Is the payment schedule updating?

@Larry Crews I don’t blame you.  This makes no sense.  My process started moving fast.  I went from under review to batched in a little under 2 weeks.  But when it got to batched it just stopped.  And the payment is just pending

@Nyna Davis exactly.  My landlord has been trying to be patient with them but this is ridiculous.  Especially, if they have already been under fire for not using the money they were granted for this.   

@Nyna Davis yes.  She has even called them and they said they were working on it but couldn’t say when they would send it.  It is extremely ridiculous
