@Will Fraser Good question!  My mind tends to think of residential lending rules where personal loans are not allowed on traditional conventional or government loans.  I will ask the lenders that I have been in contact with.  Thanks!

Hello!  Does anyone know of a bank, credit union, etc that will do an 80% loan with a 10% buyer down and 10% seller carry back in North Carolina?  Assuming it will debt service.  5+ unit property.

Investment Property. 1-4 units. Full doc. 85% LTV Max. 680 min Fico. No FTHB. Max loan $2M. Fixed and ARM available. Fully Amortized and Interest Only available. No MI. 43 Max DTI. 9 months reserves for subject property. 6 months reserves for each additional financed property. Minimum loan amount $100K.
