I build fences all the time. If the fence is shared between 2 neighbors those 2 are responsible. If you need a reliable GC I’d be happy to fix this for you.

We are actually looking to hire a project/construction manager. Someone who can view a property, come up with a scope of work, get the crew, and get it done. Some buildings have 200+ units with 20+ roofs -- all need replacing. Others have older breaker boxes that need updating. Others need ductless mini splits added to each unit. Some need a bath/kitchen upgraded scoped out and done each time a unit turns.

We're not looking to hire a contractor for this. We're looking to hire someone that would manage a team. If that's in the scope of what you're looking for message me.
