Hey guys,
Looking to close on my first investment property in Allentown, PA and am looking for a good real estate lawyer in the area to help a parter and I draw up some papers between us, review leases, and help us with legal advice on how to structure our partnership who is familiar with local laws.
Does anybody have any experience/recommendations on this front?

Appreciate it Ned, and I fully understand that REI is by no means a simple or "passive" way to FIRE. I believe my education, skillset and desire will help me build a foundation to grow upon.
I truly look forward to the ability to scale my own business, develop solutions to problems that come along the way, and have fun working with people with similar goals and mindsets.
The more I've research real estate and listened to BP the more I think how disappointed in myself I would be if I never took a chance.

Hey BP, my name is Jason. I live in Hoboken, NJ with my GF for a few years now. Like so many on BP, I look at the uphill climb of corporate America and think theres gotta be a better way.
I am a data analyst for a large financial insitituion, and although the pay is good I don't really care much for the office worklife. I don't plan on spending my life waiting for the weekend and getting excited for office pizza. I believe real estate is my ticket to prosperity and helping get me out of the 9-5 while controling my own destiny. I have a few REI ideas and hope to connect with some people in the NYC Metro community to hopefully learn a thing or two.
Cheers to Future!
