I've been researching property management companies for a while in the Augusta area.  i am thinking of using Augusta property management.  Has anyone had any experience with them?  Or have a recommendation for a property management company in the area?

@Ryan Delauz where did you purchase your property?

the PSEG coverage is a good idea. On @Darren Sager first podcast he had said he puts that in his tenants lease to have them sign up for the PSEG coverage.  I thought that was a good idea to limit some calls.
