Thank you for your replies so far as a follow up question how or who would I go about trying to find a person that would be able to fix it up for me? Is there a specific contractor I would be searching for that basically does whole home and property renovation to get homes repaired and ready to rent or flip?

Hi all I have my first home paid off and it has been sitting vacant for 10+ years, trying to see what steps I need to take in trying to repair home to try and rent or if better to just sell. House needs some work from sitting vacant for years with no running water just electric and gas. Needs new flooring throughout and some minor drywall cracking repair along with full interior paint. The outside needs new ground level deck along with new privacy fence or for it to be removed along with some definite landscaping cleanup. Very high rental area and home value is roughly $175K. Any suggestions on what would be best options?
