Hey guys, I did some driving for dollars earlier today. I found two properties in the same neighborhood that were distressed and unoccupied. I looked up both properties and found the addresses of the property owners. The problem I'm finding is that one of the property owners has a PO Box in another city, and I'm trying to see if there is a better way to get in contact with him. What other resources are available for me?

Hey guys! I'm looking to dive into Real Estate by obtaining a rental property. I would want to live in it and rent out the rest of the rooms. I'm very interested in doing a lease option. When going through with this method, are sellers willing to let you line up some tenants to move in right away after the deal is done?

@Chris T. @David Garrison I understand how valuable it can be to learn from a real live person. Are you two experienced in whole sales? Does it make it easier and save time to have someone showing you the ropes?

@Sean Walton it looks like double closing will be the safest method concerning legalities. To be sure, is there anything questionable double closing?

I AM NOT ASKING FOR A MENTOR

I've simply come across a mentorship program in my area, and I understand how valuable it is for a real person to guide you. Here are the details:

Jason,

It's a pleasure to have your interest! I'm starting up a 12-week coaching program next month that features the following components:

3 hour classroom lessons, with option for virtual participation, weekly on Tuesdays from 6-9 PM

3+ hours weekly homework

2 hour class mastermind phone call weekly on Fridays at 11 am

Unlimited email access to Foster for 1-1 inquiries

3-hour sessions Driving for Dollars with Foster 3x

Exclusive 1-on-1 access to Foster via call or text to hand-hold and walk through acquisition, sale, and closing process

50/50 profit split on joint venture deals even after the course is complete, for as long as the students desire to continue to collaborate on joint ventures

If you're looking for a truly hands-on experience with step-by-step guidance, not just another seminar where you get a lot of information and no help putting it to use, then this is what you need!

Please let me know what you guys think. The price of the entire program is $3000 with the option to put down $1000 and pay a subsequent $1000 for the next 2 months.

Hey guys, I'm just starting out in Whole Sale, and I have so many questions. I've already read a few books, listened to podcasts, watched videos, and I've just gathered so much information. I'm trying to figure out the first step I need to take. What should I do?

I've been scouring craiglist to look for distressed properties. One important question: Does it matter if a house is bank-owned or being sold by a realtor?

Some other things to note:

I've seen a few discouraging posts about wholesaling in general. A few points being raised that wholesaling is "borderline illegal". Can anyone more experienced help clear up why someone would say this?

Last thing: I live in Orlando, FL... are any of you in contact with people in FL? I'm currently looking for friends literally anyone that can help me out.
