Hey guys, I did some driving for dollars earlier today. I found two properties in the same neighborhood that were distressed and unoccupied. I looked up both properties and found the addresses of the property owners. The problem I'm finding is that one of the property owners has a PO Box in another city, and I'm trying to see if there is a better way to get in contact with him. What other resources are available for me?

You can always send some mail to the PO box. Or you could find some more leads. You're going to need way more than 2 leads to get some deals so I'd keep looking. Its a numbers game.
