We are a full service flip and hold property operation here in Kansas City. Currently we been experiencing growth and have hard money lined up but the APR and Down on these loans are typically higher. Any recommendations on how I can tap into private investors who are interesting in lending at a 16% APR and allowing us to put down 1.5% of total loan?

My brother lives in Castle Rock and I can't imagine paying the amount for houses around there.  In Kasnas City you get soooo much more for your money which equals much better cash flow.  Message me if you want to connect
