I agree with Mike KC MO is a good option, not that KC KS doesn't have deals but I certainly think there are  are many areas within 30 min of KC KS that are great places for multi family.

I might be a little biased being from Kansas City but I agree with Mike.  There are excellent returns here, low prices with nice return for rentals.  Message me to discuss
