Hello, I am looking to acquire a 3-4BD, 2BA property in Vermont, ideally Killington, but I'm open to other areas like Stratton and Mt. Snow area. I'm seeking an agent who is familiar with the local laws around short term rentals and can help me find the right property. In general I am quick and easy to work with, as I am a licensed agent in New Jersey and have done a few transactions already.

Are there any brokers on here based in NJ that would allow me to put up my RE Salesperson license with them? I'll be mostly hands-off and self-sufficient as I won't be asking for many resources from the broker. I'm happy to discuss the terms around commissions split/costs.

I recently completed the NJ RE Salesperson class and plan to take the exam in July (when all this COVID-19 stuff cools down...hopefully). My intention for the license is to source deals, cut out the middle man on my offers, and make a commission on the deals I execute for myself and my investors.

If you're a broker or know a broker please reach out.
