Looking for New Jersey RE Broker

Are there any brokers on here based in NJ that would allow me to put up my RE Salesperson license with them? I'll be mostly hands-off and self-sufficient as I won't be asking for many resources from the broker. I'm happy to discuss the terms around commissions split/costs.

I recently completed the NJ RE Salesperson class and plan to take the exam in July (when all this COVID-19 stuff cools down...hopefully). My intention for the license is to source deals, cut out the middle man on my offers, and make a commission on the deals I execute for myself and my investors.

Sounds like you're ready to hit the ground running. You've got a solid plan which will help you save on commissions and also get you access to more deals as you strengthen relationships with other Realtors in your market.
