Hi all,

A little about myself, my name is Jason Malyon, 31 years old, from Durban, South Africa. I'm a senior Architectural Technologist, I work for a large architectural firm and i work on large commercial / office buildings, and after hours i work on small residential projects.

I'm married with 2 kids. We have to 2 houses, or single family units a as described in the podcasts, living in the one and renting out the other. I'd love to step this number up, a lot.

I came across this website by searching for real estate podcasts, and was not disappointed, I'm still going through the podcasts, probably 1/3 of the way done, but would like to now try get into the forums to expand on my knowledge.
