Hi BP Fam - just curious what others are using to get an idea of crime in the neighborhoods you're looking to invest? I'm currently using the Trulia heat map, but not all properties are on it, so I'm looking for some other resources.
Thanks!

Hi Fellow Investors - We're buy and hold investors aiming for cashflow and looking at some mult-unit apartment buildings in 40214 and 40216. Some of the old forum posts seem positive for those neighborhoods, but I'm wondering if the sentiment is still the same? Also do apartments seem to still be faring well in the current covid environment? Any other input from investors experienced in these areas welcome!

Thanks everyone! We're not looking to househack ourselves as we own our apartment in Manhattan. However, my sister rents in Prospect Heights so we might have her live in one. Should have said this in the beginning, but we are buy and hold investors so looking long term.
I like the Bedsty, Bushwick, EW and potentially Crown Heights areas and understand the difficulty with rents right now. I'm confident the market will come back so don't mind a net zero cash flow for a bit. I won't do anything negative, but net zero is workable.
@Eric Hajdu if you pass on any, feel free to send em my way!
@Abel Curiel I'd love to connect to see if you have any opportunities at the moment.
@Alexander Szikla definitely want to minimize problematic tenants as much as possible.

Hi All -
We live in Manhattan currently and are looking to buy a MF in Brooklyn. I'm wondering what other investors are thinking best neighborhoods are? I like BedSty and East Williamsburg, but those are getting pricey. Anyone finding things in other areas?
Thanks!

Hi BP Fam - can anyone recommend a portfolio lender they've had experience with? We're looking to buy a package of properties and would prefer this over mortgaging each one. Thank you!

Hey BP Fam - we're looking at a SFR 3/2 at 11707 Spring Song Dr (NorthWest SA). It's 1100 sq ft, detached garage. We're finding rent estimates of about $1400 a month, but wanted to see if anyone has experience can confirm that or let us know if that's just way off. Any input welcome and appreciated!
