@Betty Cruz Ok, I see. I was hoping you might have some magic trick up your sleeve :)

Just to confirm, tenant would pay all thier own utilities including electricity, water, sewer, garbage? I thought landlord pays water, sewer, garbage, but would be really great if that's not the case.

Thank you!

@Kirbi Campbell I'm interested in the Nashville area and would love to connect with someone with local knowledge!

@Betty Cruz I'm curious if you could expand a little on how to mitigate the property taxes? We're looking into SA and the main issue we see with making any property cash flow is the property taxes. It seems almost impossible at this point. Any suggestions welcome!

Hello All - We'll be coming out to SA in a few weeks to look for investments properties and a house for ourselves as we'll be moving either there or Austin. I'm trying to find a short term place to stay for 1-2 months, but trying not to pay some crazy Airbnb rates. Does anyone have any recommendations? We'd need our own place as it'll be myself, my husband and our 8 month old. Thank you!
