Whats your take on buying in bad areas, what I mean by that is the areas where crackheads roam, no one takes care of the steets they live on let alone there properties?

Seems like the only multi-family homes I can find with positive numbers are those ones. I also find it hard to believe the rent in those areas are not what rental calculators say they are.

They seem to be the homes thatvare on the market for ever also

Evening, AD Military, just got orders to MacDill AFB (Oct 21). Looking to connect with local investors. Also looking for some virtual meet-ups for that area. Any responses are greatly appreciated.

Hello, just putting an intro post out there. I retire from the military in a 1.5 years. I will end up in Florida and plan on house hacking for my first property. Really enjoying the books from here, video and bigger pockets pod cast. The next year in a half I plan on educating myself to help prevent wrong choices.

Any rental investing companies in Florida offering free internships in rental investing? Free as in I do it for free?
