Hello from California! 

I will be visiting for the first time this weekend to explore the great city of Cleveland! Would love the chance to meet everyone (investors, property managers, brokers, contractors, etc.) I'll be renting a car and taking a drive through the town. Any tips on what areas to visit? 

I just bought my first rental in Euclid, OH and looking to build a team out there. If anyone is available....let's chat! Would love to share what I am doing :)

@Elizabeth Roncevic it's all about being first to the party. I wish I had invested in Sacramento or even Dallas a few years back. If your goal is cash flow, the midwest may not be a bad place to look
