Welcome @Tim Uy! I just bought my first rental in Ohio. I thought about doing the MFH strategy in the Bay Area at one point however with prices so high and the more I learned about the business, it just made sense for me to seek cash flow. Why put all your eggs into one basket (market) when you can diversify? Good luck to you!
