What is the best method of establishing business credit for a newly created LLC? My LLC was created in 2016.

Thanks -

Makes total sense!

@Hugo Alves when you say "seasoned" LLC, do that mean having a specific amount of properties owned in the LLC, or how many years the LLC had been established? Thanks for the information!

JS

Do most mortgage companies care if you quit claim deed your investment property to an LLC? I've heard a variety of stories about mortgage companies finding out, and calling in the loan. Can you all share your experiences? I want to purchase a multi-unit property and want to know before making this move.

Thanks -
