@Cody Z. Thank you! Next move with the property as we speak, is doing some upgrades to both units. Already have a great Tennant on one side an want to make sure they're taken care of. Also, will be wholesaling in between and looking to do my first flip using hard money in the very near future.

@Rueben Exantus Read a lot! Reach out to BP members that post on the specific topics yoi want to learn more about. Go to your local REI Clubs and surround yourself with people that are already where you'd like to be in the future. Most good people just want to help. @Philip Amundson Thank you. It was tasking for sure. I choose to go the FHA route, which a lot of BP members have started with and @Patrick Hermans linked me up with a great Investor Friendly realtor in Dallas (David Acosta), the rest is history. Keep at it, you'll make it happen.
