Check out this off market deal in Dallas near Deep Ellum! We have not seen the inside of this house, there is a squatter living in the house that will need to be evicted by the buyer. The owner has seen inside the house within the past month and told us that it's in decent condition, but needs a complete rehab. There is a detached garage structure in the back yard that will need to be torn down. Any potential buyer would need to buy this property sight unseen.
