The roof, HVAC (2 years old!), water heater (2 years old!) electrical, and plumbing are all in good shape from what we can tell. There is some very minor foundation shifting. In addition to cosmetics, the fence will need some repairs, and there is some siding that will need to be replaced on the shed. The backside of the house has a small storage closet built on to it which has some wood rot, but the closet should probably be removed anyways.
