Looking for a local REIA in the Cleveland market, can any tell me when this is?

any ideas on rental prices for 2, 3,4 bedroom homes in the cleveland area, just trying to give myself better ideas on ROI and CF for properties before I start putting them under contracts

So what are the zip codes I should be looking for when searching in Cleveland?

From what Im reading this isnt the best area in Cleveland to invest in though.

It's a duplex, can buy it for around 30k, Cash Flow is $220 monthly, ROI at 24%. Need some guidance, is this a good deal in the Cleveland area? Need advice from anyone with more knowledge than a newbie!

@Tom Ott I plan on doing it all down the road, just need to wholesale a bit until I make money to be able to do the buy and holds and flips
