use business credit cards (that require tax id #) and it won't drop your fico because the card won't show in your personal credit report.

I used mycorporation.com, they were offering it for free. No, you don't need an attorney to setup an LLC. Attorneys do however offer the same services such as mycorporation.com

AMEX does suck. I opened one (with a 0% for 12 months) used it once to buy a real estate course, then they immediately cut me off in a month, for no reason. It lowered my damn score!

As long as you are not offering something specific, it's okay but if you start talking about a specific deal in XX for XX, etc. then yes it's a violation.

do you really need an "800" number. I use a magic jack and its 30 bucks a year. It's not "800" but you can use any area code you want
