I am looking to start a local real estate investor group, or just a space to network with fellow like minded people. The problem I’m having is not knowing really how to structure it. I envision inviting everyone from real estate agents to contractors to people looking to invest, etc, but am not sure how to really format the meet ups. Maybe like to do a meet once a month or so? Idk? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am looking for advice/tips on starting a local real estate investors association. There isn’t anything like that close to me, and I would like a place to network and build relationships with like minded people. Thanks in advance for anything you’re willing to share!

I have around 50-60,000 in equity in my current home. I’m torn between whether to sell or rent it out. I only owe about 20, and mortgage payments are low. Would you advise to make this my first rental or sell and take the equity?

Thank you @Stephen DeThample! I will definitely be checking Brandon’s criteria and have some capital to get started right now. I’m just trying to learn more but I need to take action!

@Lee Judd I just finished reading “Atomic Habits” by James Clear, and he talks about that strategy. Accountability partner and habit tracking! Thank you for the advice!

I’m a very new investor into real estate. I am trying to read every book I can get my hands on, listen to every podcast, mix that with taking advice from those books, podcast, etc., I feel as if analysis paralysis has set in before I even get started. I’m looking for maybe any advice you can give to a novice on how to take action? Thank you in advance!
