Hey Everyone.

I have a question concerning receiving an earnest money deposit from the buyer when assigning a contract.  Do I put the need for an earnest money deposit in the assignment contract or in the new purchase and sale agreement with the seller and the buyer?

Thanks

Waiting to hear from you

@Kyle J.

Thanks for sharing.  I was thinking it would be up to the seller to pay the back taxes out of his proceeds, because he was the one who didn't pay them and they shouldn't be the responsibility of the buyer.
