Be Encouraged! The last lecture by Randy Pasch (?) talked about the fences, roadblocks, obstacles are to keep the weak out, analyze old deals, meet contractors and real estate agents - Real Estate is a marathon not a sprint!

I use Equity Trust out of Cleveland OH area - they have been easy to work with, and I see they now are a sponsor of the bigger pockets podcast with some kind of discount!

I rolled my 401k into a self directed IRA- no penalty and purchased a house with the funds! All the funds "rent" go back into the Ira
