Hey Bigger Pockets Family,

I currently own 4 SFH in Houston/Atlanta and looking to join a group or network with like-minded individuals in Atlanta. Please add me to your network, and I'll take all recommendations to Mastermind or REIA groups.

I am also looking for a 4-6 unit multifamily home in GA for all the agents in the forum.

This market is so competitive, any suggestions on finding off market deals?

I could use some guidance from anyone who is familiar the Pensacola area.

I’m a Real Estate Agent in California for the last 7 years, I purchased my first house over a year ago and doing a little house hacking at the moment.

Now my goal is to invest in out of state properties and educate myself on different areas. Pensacola came on my radar, with the growth potential.

I would love to connect with any investors or other realtors out in that area during my visit.

I plan to be out there Dec 1st - Dec 4th.

Also, any recommendations on where to stay would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much in advance.

Alex Lopez

Hey Alex. I too am in Pensacola. Maybe you, @rebecca & I can get together while you visit. I’m curious though, how did Pensacola pop up on your radar?

Hello, my name is Zachary and I'm 21 and have lived in Jacksonville my whole life. I've been researching a lot the last two years about real estate and I'm getting ready to start investing. I'm going for BRRRR and house hacking. Looking for a Accountability partner who is also a newer investor in the same area possibly where we can talk about research, deals, ideas, and possibly partner up in the future.

I have a family of 45 accountability partners and we’re always looking for additional folks we can help. Let me know if you’re interested.

Wouldn't finding a mentor or advisor be the next best step to bring someone into the syndicator identity the fastest?

Every investor, regardless of experience should have a mentor, be part of (at least 2) masterminds, and hire a coach (for at least one season every year).
