Following Adam Zach's lead [ https://www.biggerpockets.com/... ], is it just me or is a large portion of REI investors NOT sales professionals? By that I mean, your W2 is in Selling . Seems like the more I network, the less and less I find Sales Professionals are NOT real estate Investors. Am I wrong?

Adam - for some reason I can't tag you in the post, will try in the comments. Thanks for the great question!

@Jesus Orbea - If I could back 6 years, I'd buy more doors per transaction vs. less. Congrats on your success so far!

Great question @Nate Hayes and I love that you recognize obscurity as a competitor. Quick question, in your most immediate circle (the 5-10 people that you spend the most time with), when's the last time you told them or reminded them about your REI focus?

Hey @Tyler Santos - I'm interested in your Facebook ad experience. I've had zero luck with FB ads targeting my mastermind and a fellow investor who spends $1k month on FB ads for his flipping business has had zero luck. We're both in different markets so if you find your 2-4 deals success, I'll pay you to teach me!

congrats on getting started @Nancy Stark! and realizing that you need to surround yourself with like minded people. I'm starting to  look for multi-families in Jacksonville, 15-200 units, in class B-C. If you find any, send them my way and I'll be happy to mentor you on MF, which is typically the next step most people take once they get a SF buy and hold under their belt.
