That sounds great @Mario Moore. Be sure to get specific on those goals. By that I mean, what does "begin looking for properties" actually mean? Does this mean you are driving 4 dollars until you have 15 leads for the day and the next day you follow up on those leads and repeat the process for the next 4 weeks?

That is true @Matt Jones! My W2 quit me do to COVID layoffs, and even though I'm only on year 4 of my 7 year plan, time to take the plunge!!!
