@Marco G. Reading about your experiences and adverseries is very eye wakening. I'm a beginner trying to buy first renter property.. Been looking at some multi families debating on one that's needs little work or one that needs very little.. And not sure about how much to put down from your experiences sure you could give me some wisdom on this..I wish you luck in new year on your investments..

@Brad Hammond yeah I use the credit union on my HELOC just within the past week and I'm wanting to use that money for a down payment on a house but I'm not sure if they'll give me Finance me for house so if I just got that he HELOC just wasn't sure if I should go back to them or not maybe I should any advice thanks

Just pulled out 64,000 from my home using a Heloc need advice on who would be good choice for financing and investment property. I have good credit score just not sure I know if I just start doing applications it will put hard inquiries on my credit report so I want to go to the best option first would appreciate any advice and since I just did a heat lock is there a time frame I need to wait before I put in application for my loan for the investment property thanks for any and all help

@Lina Bibikov I'm buying first investment property in northern ky.. Debating on duplex. Any advice keep going back and forth on buying fixer upper or one that's ready to rent.. Should I do a conventual this is all new and even scary would appreciate any advice thanks

@Jody Sperling sorry guess I was tired and over thinking all this last night..I did do Heloc on my house. Just not sure what type of property to try and purchase. I'm looking at a place that in good area but needs alot of work.. If I need additional money what type of loan would be available if it needs rehabbing

@Jody Sperling thanks for advice it is a Heloc loan on house.. Just not sure my options of purchase that I'll be making sense it's only about 60,000 looking at a run down place in nice area hoping maybe I can make a deal on it.. Can I make them and after even if my Heloc not fully complete the bank came and did appraisal today any info would be much appreciated
