@Marcus Holloway I just came across same situation told me to find another bank if plan on continuing doing investment properties..did you find solution..I'm about 75% done with rehab so little nervous don't have my exit strategy yet.any advice will be appreciated.

I in middle of rehab its SFH that I plan on renting out. I've been struggling about getting LLC . I've been thinking umbrella insurance.. I'm new into real estate and very motivated to scale but everything seems so confusing..Any help or advice with best way to continue to scale and if I need LLC at this point yet..Thanks to all my B.P friends appreciate the knowledge.

I'm in middle of second rehab that I plan on renting out.i talked to my bank about refinancing out on the property once I finish rehab.There not refinancing investment properties, said I would have to find another bank.any info or ideals on where I should try and refinance this property would be appreciated. I'm new at investing and just not sure my best options are..thanks to all my B.P. friends for any advice.
